Located in the heart of downtown Wilmington is historic Wilmington's premier address for office and retail opportunities.  Adjacent to the main Post Office, the daily exposure to the building and its tenants is tremendous.  The restaurant is located inside the main entrance. It has been a Chinese restaurant for 15 years with a very successful lunch buffet. The former owners retired.
